Rick Fenuccio: Commercial Real Estate Agent

Richard (Rick) Fenuccio is a licensed Architect, Real Estate Salesperson and former President and managing partner of Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc. of Yarmouthport, (now known as Catalyst Architecture/Interiors) where he directed the firm’s overall marketing & strategic planning work, financial and client management, while still serving as the design architect and project manager for numerous active projects.

A graduate of the Syracuse University School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, his professional background includes over 35 years of designing and managing a wide range of civic, cultural, commercial, multi-family and single-family residential projects throughout Cape Cod, the Islands and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Mr. Fenuccio was born in Worcester MA and raised in nearby Holden, relocating to Cape Cod in 1984 where he has served on many local boards and committees including YMCA Cape Cod for 10 years, YMCA Cape Cod Expansion Committee, St. Francis Xavier Preparatory School Advisory Board, Main St. Hyannis Historic District Study Committee, Housing for All Inc., and is currently serving as a Corporator for The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod. He has also coached numerous local youth sports teams and has been a speaker at several housing and banking conferences.

Mr. Fenuccio lives in West Barnstable with Mary Lou, his wife of 31 years, and they have three children, Emily (28), Michael (26) and Anna (21).
