Raffle Terms and Conditions

Entry into the raffle for a $500 Yeti Tundra Cooler is free and open to all attendees of the Contractor Block Party. To enter, participants must provide valid contact information and agree to subscribe to Commercial Realty Advisors’ newsletters. Only one entry per person is permitted. Participants must be present at the event at the time of the drawing to win, and the winner must take the cooler home that same day—no delivery or hold options are available. The winning raffle ticket will be drawn at 4:30 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025. Employees of Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc., their immediate families, and any affiliated partners may be excluded from participation.
