Brian Tilton

Brian Tilton brings a wide diversity of knowledge to Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. He has had his Real Estate license since 1988, holds a current unrestricted Construction Supervisors license and Home improvement certification, Grade 5 Wastewater Operators license and Home Inspectors license.

He is the owner and president of The Building Inspector of Cape Cod performing both residential and commercial property inspections since 2003, and is the Cape & Islands sales Manager for StoneFire Outdoor Living for the sales and installation of outdoor hardscapes.. He has worked for Hassett Mechanical Services in both Plumbing and Electrical from 2002 to 2005 , in the oilfields as a pumper/Gauger/derrick hand for Makoil from 1995 to 2002, was Fire Chief of the Current Creek/Duckwater volunteer Fire Department NV., Owned a Mexican & Italian Restaurant in Tonopah NV, Had his sales and Brokers license in Accident and Health Insurance from 1988 to 1993 starting as a sales agent in Massachusetts for Combined Insurance Co. of America and became District Sales Manager in Nevada 1n 1990 and trained sales agents to managers in 5 states, Nevada, California, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico., worked for Cape Associates Builders from 1982 to 1989. Also works with his father as an oil burner technician for Eastham Burner Service through high school.

Brian moved to Cape Cod with his family in 1972, moved to Nevada in 1990 and returned to the Cape in 2002 with his wife Teena and Daughter Brittany. A graduate of the Nauset school system, took classes at Cape Cod Community College in Business Management, Marketing and Hotel Restaurant Management and food service sanitation. He acquired his wastewater training at Mass Maritime Academy.

His hands on training and vast knowledge of buildings and business makes him a great resource for you in the commercial real estate market.
