Tom Sullivan

Tom Sullivan is a founder and Managing Director of the Advisors Group and Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. He is an expert in commercial real estate investment and development and specializes in complex realty transactions. He is licensed as a real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island. He is well respected for his pioneering work in real estate portfolio management. Using proprietary performance measures, real estate portfolios are considered first from the vantage point of the risk tolerance of the investor. The range of returns expected from realty that is consistent with the degree of risk acceptable to the investor is determined. A portfolio that achieves these risk and return characteristics is proposed. Return on Assets is monitored with close attention to asset utilization and the quality of income and expense derived from the portfolio.

Tom received a BA in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts School of Management. With over thirty years of commercial real estate experience, his disciplined approach adds value to real estate investment and development. He resides in Sandwich, MA with his wife Joanne and their two sons.
