Bill Russell

Bill is a seasoned, large corporation senior executive veteran with numerous degrees in mechanical engineering and business. After 30 successful years of working throughout the world and living throughout the US, Bill exited corporate life, moved in 2015 (for the last time) to Marstons Mills, and with his wife Tammy started-up several self-directed ownership ventures on Mid-Cape. Bill is a Hyannis Rotarian and highly active in several capacities as Co-Owner and COO of The Pineapple Caper, LLC; Grower Owner of an Ocean Spray Cranberry Farm; Owner of Cranberry Hill Alpacas - an Alpaca and Miniature Donkey Farm, and recently has converted from a four-year stint as a residential Realtor to apply his numerous skillsets, analytical proficiencies, and business acumen to commercial real estate.
