Born in Brockton and raised in Avon, MA., Bill was the oldest of 11 children, husband of Rita and proud father of David, Scott, Mark and Shaun. Bill is an alumnus of Avon High School and a Bachelor of Science recipient in both Economics and a minor in Mathematics from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA.
His career began in consumer product sales with the Lever Bros. Company, Cambridge, MA where he progressed from Sales Trainee to Area Sales Manager for Boston North, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.
During his 16 year tenure at Lever Bros. Bill rose through the ranks to become Mid-Western Regional Sales Manager covering six states. His next stop was Western Regional Sales Manager with Quaker Oats Company, headquartered in Chicago, and included Alaska and Hawaii. He was selected by the Hershey Chocolate Company to become National Sales Manager. Finally he moved to Connecticut to become Vice President of Sales for Duracell, USA.
Bill established his Sales Management Consulting business while residing in Trumbull, CT and specialized in evaluating sales strategies for consumer products, companies and "start-ups". Clients included Eastman Kodak, MCA, Westport, CT, Dechert-Hampe, Trumbull CT and Chicago, IL., and Australian Sun, Australia.
He moved to Cape Cod in 1994 and began a career in mortgage banking and real estate. In 2003, while working at CCB&T, he was recognized for "Outstanding Leadership as CCIAOR Affiliate" for his work and support within the Real Estate community.
In 2008 Bill decided to combine his business and banking experiences and entered the Commercial Real Estate business as a Broker Associate, REALTOR and member of the Cape and Islands Association of Realtors.
Bill has been with Commercial Realty Advisors since 2011 and looks forward to assisting his clients and customers in achieving their Commercial Real Estate goals.
