Carlo Anthony Perugia moved to Nantucket in 1997 where he worked a sous chef. Later he decided to take a break from restaurant business to start a painting company, which he ran successfully for ten years. In 2004 he made the move to the Cape and resides in Sandwich. Originally from Rome NY growing up in an old school Italian family, he learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business. His Father was a world class chef direct from Genoa, Italy. His family owned and operated 3 successful restaurants. Carlo in his own right is an accomplished chef learning all of his skills from his Father. Carlo has also owned and operated two Italian deli-pizzerias on the Cape. Carlo’s innovative and eclectic interests have been a key component to his successes.
